Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery information are shown during checkout based on the items and destination in your order.

Order processing

Southern Sales aims to process most orders within 1–3 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Some products may require additional processing time because of product availability or fulfillment-partner handling.

Tracking and delays

When tracking information is provided by the carrier or fulfillment partner, it is shared using the contact information supplied at checkout. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other events outside Southern Sales’ control can affect delivery estimates.
